Account Statement

To inquire your account statement on line, follow these steps:

1. Select the option “On-line inquiries”.
2. The accumulated balance in each of the subaccounts with resources available will be displayed.

To request that your account statement is sent to your address, follow these steps:

1. Select the “Address sending” option.
2. Your request will be registered and it will be sent within 15 days to the address you have registered     in your AFORE.

Remember:

  • The address where your account statement will be sent is the address registered in your Banamex Afore account.
  • The account statement displayed is only for information purposes; it is not valid as legal or tax proof.
  • If your operation is not within business hours, you can select an application date.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.
