Account Statement

  • Help topics

In this section, you can consult the account transactions breakdown you have selected.

Checking Account:

  • It shows the account data: Balance, CLABE, pending Deposits, Deposit subject to collection, and Overdraft line.
  • Select the period: Previous or current, per day (today or a previous day) or per days range where you select from-to dates you wish to see the account statement.
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, withdrawals, and balance.
  • There is an option to filter the account statement to show only Withdrawals, Deposits, or All (Both operations).

Credit Card:

  • It shows the account data: Cut-off day, last payment date, balance of the last period, credit limit, total balance, available credit, payment not to generate interests, and minimum amount to be paid on the due date.
  • "Make a payment" displays a window to pay your card, selecting the withdrawal account, the account to be credited, and the amount according to the account balance. To end the operation, click "Next".
  • Select the period: Current or previous.
  • There is an option to filter the account statement to show Purchases, Payments and Deposits, or Charges to be Applied (Charges which are not still reflected in the balance) or All (to show all these options).
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, and purchases.

Debit Card:

  • It shows the account data: Available balance, Balance, Date of last transaction, Status, Cut-off Date.
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, withdrawals, and balance.
  • There is an option to filter the account statement to show only Withdrawals, Deposits, or All (Both operations).

Maestra Account:

  • It shows the account data: Balance, Available balance, Credit line, Cut-off date, Balance of credit line, Available credit line, Date of last transaction, Pending authorizations.
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, withdrawals, and balance.
  • There is an option to filter the account statement to show only Withdrawals, Deposits, or All (Both operations).

Premia Card:

  • It shows the account data: Status, available balance in pesos, and available balance in points.
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, withdrawals, and balance in points.
  • There is an option to filter the account statement to show Purchases, Payments and Deposits, or All (Both operations).

Credits:

  • It shows the account data: Folio number, Product, Term, Rate, Period balance, Settlement balance, Cut-off date, Date of last payment, Pending payments, Last pending payment, Currency, Payment due date.

Credicheque:

  • It shows the account data: Cut-off date, Last payment date, Balance of last period, Credit limit, Total balance, Available credit, Payment not to generate interests, Minimum amount to be paid on due date.
  • The account statement contains the data per date, description, deposits, and purchases.

Overnight Investment (Integral, Perfiles & Empresarial):

  • o It shows the account data: Instrument, Pending orders, status, Date of last transaction, Balance date, Total balance.

Time deposit Investment:

  • This section shows the account statement breakdown per: Investment number, Instrument, Term, Opening/Reinvestment date, Expiration Date, It expires today, Directions on expiration, Initial balance, and Refund accounts.
  • At the time of clicking the investment number (which is underlined), it takes you to another screen where you can observe in detail this specific investment.

Investment Funds:

  • This section shows the account statement breakdown per: Fund/Series type, Securities, Price and Balance. With the date and total balance updated.
  • In order to consult transactions, you may filter them selecting the Current Period or the Previous Period, appearing per date, transaction, issuance, security and net amount; and in each of them, you have the option to order them upwards or downwards clicking on the arrow next to these options.
  • At the time of clicking the instrument type, it takes you to another screen where you can visualize in detail this specific investment.

Afore:

This section presents a breakdown of your Afore account, IMSS sub-total, contributions sub-total, ISSTE sub-total, and housing sub-total.

  • When clicking the dotted underlined words to obtain further information.
  • The balance inquiries are only informative in nature, it has no official validity as official document or tax receipt.

Remember:

  • The section: What do you want to do? will allow you to navigate to other relevant sections depending on the account type you are inquiring about.
  • In case your account has direct debit payments, a link will be displayed "See direct debit payments" in the What do you want to do? section, which allows you to inquire said transactions.
  • The account statement detail is shown per date, description, withdrawal, payments and deposits, balance, and purchases according to the account with sorting options according to the date or description. If the arrow is downwards, it is descending, and upwards, it is ascending.
  • By clicking the button "Export" located to the upper right corner of the searching results, you may, if you wish to, export your results in different formats: Excel CSV, Tab-split text, comma-split text, and string-split text.

Buttons:

"See more transactions": It allows you visualizing the rest of the transactions not appearing on this screen.
"See details of the current period": It allows you obtaining the summary of transactions and balances of the selected period.
"See details of the days": It allows you obtaining the summary of transactions and balances of the selected days.
"See details of the day": It allows you obtaining the summary of transactions and balances of the selected day.
"See all accounts": It allows returning to the accounts section.
"Print": It allows you printing the receipt of your purchase.
"Export": It allows exporting your transactions in your preferred format.
