Electronic Banking Transactions

In this section, you may consult the history of transactions carried out in BancaNet, in the Mobile Banamex App, and SIM, Audiomatic, a breakdown through a specific search either:

     • Per day, specifying a date and transaction status (selecting any of the different options for the transaction type) all, applied, received, rejected, or canceled.
     • Per days range, specifying from-to dates and the transaction type (selecting any of the different options for the transaction type) all, applied, received, rejected, or canceled.
     • Per transaction, specifying a date and Authorization number of the transaction.
     • Per period, where only the previous or present period may be selected and the transaction type (selecting any of the different options for the transaction type).

  • In the search results, "Transactions" are shown with:

     • Request date.
     • Description.
     • Authorization Number / Direction.
     • Status.
     • Amount.

  • Click the button to the left of the transaction to visualize detail, if you click again, it minimizes.
  • If you wish, press "Print" to obtain a receipt of your transactions.
  • In "Search Transactions" in accordance with the searching criteria, it filters your transactions through a key word, date or amount (specific or per range) press the button "Filter". To reset the initial criteria, press the button "Remove filter" located to the top right of the searching results.

Remember:

  • In the transactions printout, it only shows the detail of your last consulted transaction. If you wish to print the details of another transaction, return to the consultation, expand the transaction detail you wish and click the button "Print".
  • In the option "What do you want to do", you may navigate your credit card payment options or invest your money.
  • Clicking the button "Export" located to the top right of the searching results, you may, if you wish, export your results in different formats: Excel CSV, Tab-split text, comma-split text, and string-split text.
  • If there are no transactions during the period or day you specified in your search, try using another searching criteria.

Buttons:

"Export": It allows exporting your transactions in your preferred format.
"Search": It searches your transactions.
"Delete": It deletes the search of your transactions.
"Print": Allows printing the receipt of your purchase.
"Help": Provides specific assistance.
"Search Transactions": It filters your transactions in accordance with a key word, date, or amount (specific or per range).
"See all accounts": It returns to the accounts section.
“Cancel”: It cancels the operation or transaction to be carried out.
"Close": It closes the window you have opened.
"Filter": It filters the search of your transactions.
