Credit or debit card PIN change

You can change the PIN (personal identification number) you use in ATMs of any of your Debit or Credit Cards.

Follow these steps:

1. Select the card to which you wish to change the PIN.
2. Enter the current PIN of the card selected.
3. Enter the new PIN.
4. In the Confirmation field, enter the new PIN again.
5. Enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
6. The response screen displays that your card PIN has been changed

Remember:

  • If you do not find your card PIN, go to your branch and request your executive to enable it again.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Continue”: displays the next screen.
“Print”: allows you to obtain a hard copy of the screen results.
“Help”: offers specific assistance.
