Account Modification

You can modify or eliminate the accounts registered in Electronic Banking.
To see the detail of each account group, click “Expand”.

To modify:

1. Click “Modify”.
2. The information of the account selected is displayed on a new window, where you can make the modifications needed.

To eliminate:

Select the corresponding box and click “Eliminate” located in the lower part.

To complete both actions:

1. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before applying the modification or elimination and enter the dynamic code generated by your NetKey.
2. The detail of your modification or elimination will be displayed in the response screen.

Remember:

  • If you modified an account, wait for thirty minutes before it is activated again.
  • Accounts without any deposits made throughout a whole year will be disabled and you will have to register them again.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Expand”: displays the data requested to make each operation.
“Continue”: displays the next screen.
“Return”: goes back to the previous screen.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
“Eliminate”: allows you to disable the information selected.
