Registration third party accounts

To make your payments and / or transfers to Banamex third party accounts, credit cards of other banks, department store cards, services, and interbank orders of payment, you must register them the first time you pay.

To register your accounts, follow these steps:

Bank account:

1. For Banamex third parties, select the account type and enter the data requested.
2. For mobile telephone, select the account type, enter the mobile number and the data requested.
3. For other banks, select the bank, individual or company, the debit card or interbank CLABE, and enter the data requested.

Credit and Department store cards:

1. Select the bank or department store and enter the data requested.

Services:

1. Select the service you wish to pay or use the advanced search options and enter the data requested.

Orders of payment:

1. Select the economic sector and individual or company and enter the data requested.

To complete the registration:

1. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before applying your account registration and enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
2. The detail of your registration will be displayed in the response screen.
3. After thirty minutes, you can perform your transaction.

Remember:

  • The accounts without any deposits throughout a whole year will be disabled.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Expand”: displays the data requested to make each operation.
“Continue”: displays the next screen.
“Return”: goes back to the previous screen.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
“Search”: displays the results required based on pre-established criteria.
