You can pay your Mortgage, Personal or Car Loan payments acquired with Banamex by debiting any of your self-owned accounts.

To make your loan payment, follow these steps:

1. Select the account to be debited and the contract number.
2. Select the payment data: folio, monthly payment, total settlement or any other amount.
3. If you wish, select the “Additional options” and enter the data requested.
4. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the payment is applied.
5. Enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
6. The Applied Payment is displayed in the response screen.

Remember

• You can inquire your credit folios in the link See folios.
• If your operation is not within business hours, you can select an application date.
• Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Continue”: Displays the next screen.
“Return”: sends you to the capture screen with the information entered previously.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
