Payments via Automated Debit

Make your payments via Automated Debit (Domiciliación) of your services by automatically debiting your debit or credit account.

To register a service payment via Automated Debit (Domiciliación) follow these steps:
1. Click “Payment by direct payment”.
2. Select the service to be paid via Automated Debit (Domiciliación) through the following options:

- Select the service icon or image or you can also enter the corporate name or the business name and click “Search” to find the service.

3. Read and accept the service payment terms and conditions.
4. To apply the payment, confirm the information and enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.

If you already have active services enabled, you can find them in this section and see their history, as well as modify or disable them.

See history:

1. Click "See history" and the summary will be displayed.

Modify:

1. Click “Modify”.
2. Read and accept the service payment terms and conditions.
3. Update the data selected; to apply the payment confirm the information and enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.

Disable or reactivate:

1. Click “Disable / Reactivate”.
2. The screen is displayed with your Payment via Automated Debit (Domiciliación) data.
3. To reactivate the payment, accept the terms and conditions.
4. To apply the payment, confirm the information and enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.

Remember:

  • For CFE and Telmex payments via Automated Debit (Domiciliación), you are only allowed to pay using your credit card.
  • If you want to learn about your payments status via Automated Debit (Domiciliación), inquire your “active services” and “cancelled services”.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Search”: displays the results required based on pre-established criteria.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
“Return”: goes back to the previous screen.
“Continue”: displays the next screen.
