Other Accounts

You can make transfers to third party Banamex accounts and mobile phones, to other banks, payment orders, and AcciTrade.

To transfer funds:

1. Register the account to be credited and wait for 30 minutes.
2. Select the account to be debited and the account to be credited.
3. Enter the amount to be paid.
4. Select the Additional options and enter the data requested.
5. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the payment is applied.
6. Enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
7. The response screen displays the details of your payment applied.

Remember:

• If the amount captured exceeds amount authorized, you can accept it as the new maximum amount.
• Transfers can be from pesos to pesos, dollars to dollars, dollars to pesos, and pesos to dollars.
• Transfers made between different currencies will show the exchange rate of that day.
• If your operation is not within business hours, you can select an application date.
• Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons

“Continue”: displays the next screen.
“Return”: sends you to the capture screen with the information already entered.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
