Services

You can pay over one thousand services.
To set up a new payee, enter to the section Transfers and Payments and click on the section “Account Management” and wait 30 minutes…
If you wish to modify or eliminate any enabled service, click “Update services”.

To make your payments, follow these steps:

1. Select the account to be debited and the service to be paid.
2. Enter the amount to be paid and the data requested.
3. Select the additional options and enter the data requested.
4. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the payment is applied.
5. Enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
6. The Applied Payment is displayed in the response screen.

Remember:

• If the amount captured exceeds the amount authorized, you can accept it as the new maximum amount.
• If your operation is not within business hours, you can select an application date.
• Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Continue”: displays the next screen.
“Return”: sends you to the capture screen with the information entered previously.
“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
