Credit Card payments

In this section, you can pay your Banamex cards, other bank or department store cards through debit to one of your self-owned accounts.

Self-owned Banamex credit cards

1. Select the account to be debited and the Credit Card.
2. Select payment data: minimum payment, payment to generate no interest, or any other amount.
3. Use the additional options you desire.
4. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the payment is applied.
5. The Applied Payment is displayed in the response screen.

Third party Banamex credit cards, other bank or department store cards

1. Register the account to be paid and wait for 30 minutes.
2. Enter the payment data requested.
3. Use the additional options desired.
4. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the payment is applied.
5. Enter the dynamic code generated by your Banamex NetKey.
6. The Applied Payment is displayed in the response screen

Remember:

• If the amount captured exceeds the amount authorized, you can accept it as the new maximum amount.
• The payments can be from pesos to pesos, dollars to dollars, dollars to pesos, and pesos to dollars.
• The payments made between different currencies will show the exchange rate of that day.
• Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

“Accept”: allows you to continue with the operation.
“Continue”: the next screen is displayed.
“Return”: it goes back to the previous screen.
