Other Cards

Third Parties’ Banamex Credit Cards, other Banks or Department stores:

1. Register the account and wait 30 minutes.
2. Enter the data required.
3. Choose Additional options and enter the requested data.
4. Before the payment is applied, verify that the data is correct.
5. Enter the dynamic key generated by your Banamex NetKey.
6. The screen displays details of the applied payment.

Remember:

• If the amount entered is higher than the one previously authorized you can accept it as the new maximum authorized amount.
• Payments could be from pesos to pesos, dollars to dollars, dollars to pesos or pesos to dollars.
• The exchange rate for that date will be displayed in transfers between different currencies.
• Rejected operation: in case of error, a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem.

Buttons:

"Accept": Continues with the operation.
"Continue": Displays the next screen.
"Return": Returns to the previous screen.
"Print": Allows you to get a printed copy of the results displayed in the screen.
"Help": Gives you specific assistance.
"Exit": Ends the session.
