In this section, you can purchase Top off for your mobile or any other Telcel, Movistar, Iusacell, or Unefon number charged to your checking account, debit or credit card (free of extra charge to your credit card).
To use this operation, you must have your Banamex NetKey with Challenge; if you still do not have it, please request it at the branch of your choice.

To purchase mobile top off:

1. Select your withdrawal account.
2. Enter your mobile number to refill mobile top off.
3. Select the carrier your mobile phone belongs to.
4. Select the amount you with to pay.
5. Click "Next" and confirm the purchase of mobile Top off by clicking "Accept".
6. Enter the code shown on the authentication screen "CHALLG” in your NetKey device, and press "ENT." A dynamic code is generated to be captured in the blank space, and then click "Next".
7. The response screen shows the applied payment detail.
8. If you wish to do so, click “Print" to generate your receipt (without official validity).

Remember:

  • In case of error, a window explaining the cause will be displayed.
  • In case the operation is rejected, the possible causes may be: that it is an unusual operation in your profile or that this is the first time you do it. The screen will show you the possible solution to this issue.
  • In case you do not have your Banamex NetKey, you won't be able to carry out this operation.
  • In case you do not have an account to pay it (checking account, debit or credit card, you won't be able to carry out the operation.

Buttons:

"Purchase": Opens the screen to start the operation.
"Next": Opens the following screen.
"Return": Takes you to the data screen with the information previously entered.
"Accept": Allows continuing with the operation.
"Make another purchase": Sends you to the screen to start again the operation.
"Help": Provides specific assistance.
"Print": Allows printing the receipt of your purchase.
