Inquirebook request

To request one or more inquirebooks:

1. Select the account, number of inquirebooks and the inquire book type you desire.
2. Click "Continue", verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct before the request is applied. When you select the option Inquire status of previous requests, there is no need to validate the data.
3. The response screen displays your request detail.

Inquire status of previous requests

1. Select the account and click “Continue”.
2. A screen will be displayed with the results obtained.
3. You can print this information, click "Printout version".
4. If you wish to inquire another status, click "Continue".

Modify previous inquire book request

1. Select the account, number and type, click "Continue".
2. A screen will be displayed with the data confirmation. If it is correct, click "Continue"; otherwise, click "Return" to modify it.
3. The response screen displays your request data, which you can print by clicking on the link "Printout version".

Cancel previous inquire book request

1. Select the accounts and inquire book type, click "Continue".
2. Confirm the data on the screen. If it is correct, click "Accept".

Consultation and Modification of inquire status

1. Select an account and indicate the inquire number or the inquire range you wish to consult. Click "Continue".
2. A screen will be shown with the results obtained.
3. Select the inquire box or boxes to enter the status desired in each. Click "Continue".

Registration to protected inquire book

1. Select a checking account.
2. Read and accept the terms and conditions by marking the box beside "I accept the Terms and Conditions". Then click "Continue".
3. The response screen displays your registration confirmation, which you can print by clicking on the link "Print".

Remember:

The Protected Inquirebook service will be enabled on the next business day.
Important: from the service enabling date, you must release all the inquires issued, as well as all the inquires still in transit (issued and not collected).

Buttons:

"Accept": allows you to continue with the operation.
"Print": allows you to obtain a hard copy of the screen results.
"Help": offers specific assistance.
