My Banamex Cards

In this section you can make different actions in your cards:

  • Report in case of theft or loss.
  • Activate or learn about your card remittance status.
  • Modify the credit limit (also of your additional cards)
  • Register in Banamex Premia.
  • Register in Libra Plus.

For each of the actions:

1. You must select a card and fill out the data requested.
2. Click "Continue".
3. Verify on the confirmation screen that the data is correct and click "Continue".
4. The operation details will be displayed on the response screen.

Remember:

  • If your operation is not within business hours, you can select an application date.
  • Rejected operation: in case of an error, a message will be displayed with the operation name, the description and possible problem solution.

Buttons:

"Expand": displays the data requested to perform each operation.
"Continue": displays the next screen. "Cancel": annuls the operation.
"Return": goes back to the previous screen.
"Accept": allows you to continue with the operation.
